The dictionary defines an "oasis" as a fertile area in a wasteland(desert) made so by the presence of water/liquidity to deliver an existence of refuge, peace, tranquility or relief as a pleasant contrast.

We designed all of our products & services to be that refuge, especially from the traditional financial industry confusion & contradictions.  The fact of the matter is that when it comes to finances, investing and data security, no one knows what tomorrow will bring.  But you should at least be aware of how to handle the high risk/low probability outcomes.

OCM began operations in August of 2008, that's right just before the Great Financial Crisis of 2008, as a general Registered Investment Advisory firm, Tier 2 Option Trading Specialists and portfolio manager for high net worth/accredited investors and their families.  

In 2023, OCM de-registered but now works specifically with a much smaller group of private clients while developing new, innovative, non-investment services like E.D.R. - Wilmington and our Portfolio Analysis & Design product.  OCM is no longer accepting investment portfolio management clients.  

Oasis Capital Management LLC is located in the Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington Area of North Carolina since 2020, after serving clients for over 26 years in the DC & Philadelphia Metropolitan Areas.

Tom Robertson - Private Portfolio Manager (Ret.)

Tom began his career at LPL Financial (Linsco/Private Ledger) in 1994, selling 401(K) plans and pre-packaged portfolio management services to small business, medical professionals and wealthy families in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area.

Tom held the Series 7 General Securities & Series 63 Licenses from 1994 -2006 and the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law/Investment Advisor License from 1997 -to- present. (FINRA # 217738).

Tom served as a member of The Business Bank of Northern VA Advisory Board and as a benefit advisor to private non-profit groups including The Children's Inn at NIH. 

Tom now resides and maintains an active, sporting lifestyle in the Wrightsville Beach/ Wilmington Area with his wife Catherine.  They have 4 wonderful adult children with precious growing families and is active in their Church, St. Therese.
